Thermaltake Versa H15 vs H17 vs H18

Choosing a good case for your new PC build might be a stressing operation, you need to be very careful about the size and the ventilation options available and whether it’s going to fit your huge graphics card and motherboard or not.

In this post, I cover 3 budget-friendly PC cases from the same manufacturer Thermaltake, pay close attention to the 3 of them because they might look the same with tiny differences between each of them.

Keep in mind that none of these cases is beautifully designed, so step away if you care too much about design, these cases tend to be more about being budget-friendly.

However, some of these cases come with transparent windows which can make the design slightly better by adding RGB lights to them.

Thermaltake Versa H17

The versa h17 also comes with a preinstalled 120mm rear fan just like the other two cases.

The front side of the versa h17 has an intake fan which doesn’t do a great job cooling the interior components.

One reviewer suggests that you should get this case only if you’re not a gamer because of the bad airflow in this case.

The front side of each one is similar, both cases have a perforated mesh panel at the front.

The position of the USB ports and the power button is at the top of the h15 whereas it’s at the side of the h18.

They both have a transparent window on the side and a perforated mesh at the top of each case.

Need more airflow? Both cases have heighted foot-stands to let more airflow to your components.
